I grabbed this to read aloud to my kids before bed and the junior novel pacing is perfect for a chapter a night. The retelling stays true to the movie's magic, and the print is easy for my 8-year-old to follow on her own too.

My daughter, who usually zones out during audiobooks, was completely hooked on this junior novel retelling—she kept asking to hear "just one more chapter" before bed. The narration really brings the magic of Agrabah to life.

We popped this in for a long car ride, and the narrator's voice kept my two kids totally quiet for the full 40 minutes. The chapter breaks made it easy to pause and pick back up later.
