My kid asks for this one every single night now, and honestly I don't mind. Jefferson being wrongly accused of murder pulls you in fast, and the 72 cm of fear and courage detail makes him such a lovable little hero.

My 8-year-old asks for this one every single night, which says a lot since he usually fights bedtime. The 72 cm of frousse and courage line got a laugh out of me too, and the autumn morning opening pulls you in fast. Worth every penny for a kid who's suddenly into chapter stories.

The narrator’s voice really brings Jefferson’s fear and spunk to life, and the hedgehog’s 72 cm of "frousse et de courage" makes for such a fun listen. My daughter asked to replay the autumn park scene three times, and the story’s pacing kept her hooked from start to finish.
