My six-year-old has asked to play this Matariki story three nights in a row now. The narration brings Aria's courage to life so vividly, and it's a lovely way to sneak in some cultural learning before bed.

I put this on for a long car ride and my daughter asked to restart it the moment it ended—that never happens. The way it weaves the Matariki story into a real adventure with Aria kept her fully engaged, and I actually learned something too. A perfect mix of culture and story for bedtime or travel.

My kids were glued to the speaker from the first minute—Witi Ihimaera's voice really brings the Matariki tradition alive. The story's got just the right mix of adventure and heart, and the production quality is so clean it feels like a mini audio movie. We've already listened twice in one day.
