حكاية ديسپيرو

My six-year-old has asked for this one every single night since we got it. The narrator's voice is so warm and the way the story jumps between the mouse, the rat, and the servant girl keeps even me hooked.

I love that this story weaves together three very different characters—the mouse, the rat, and the girl—into one surprisingly rich narrative. The audio quality on the card is clear and engaging, making it perfect for winding down before bed.

My kid is completely hooked on the story of Despereaux, and I love that it's a single card we can pop in and listen to anytime. The way the lives of the mouse, rat, and servant girl intertwine keeps us both captivated.
