I've been using this to wind down before sleep and the piano melodies genuinely slow my racing thoughts. The gentle forest atmosphere in the music makes me feel like I'm actually drifting through the trees.

We bought this for our toddler’s bedtime routine, and the soft piano melody in the third track instantly calms her down. It’s been a lifesaver for winding her down without a struggle.

The music has this gentle, flowing quality that feels like actual wind moving through leaves, and my toddler is asleep by track three every single night. It's the only card that's made it into our permanent nighttime rotation.
