デイブ・ピジョン：悪い猫との付き合い方と（ほとんどの）羽根を守る方法

We bought this as a gift and it cracks me up every time I read the title aloud—my kid actually laughed out loud at the part where Dave tries to "write" the book with his wing. The premise is so silly and clever, and it’s clearly a hit with the 6-and-under crowd who love a good pigeon vs. cat showdow

My kids are obsessed with the fact that Dave Pigeon is writing his own book about beating Mean Cat—it's such a clever way to get them into the story. The shortlisted prize status made me trust the humor, and honestly, we've already read it twice this week.

The fact that Dave Pigeon is literally writing a book on defeating Mean Cat makes my kids giggle every time we play it, and the story's won real awards so the humor actually lands. It's become our go-to for car rides, and I've heard the whole thing at least five times without getting sick of it.
