My 6-year-old listens to this in the car on every trip now, and the narrator really brings Lightning McQueen's story to life. The junior novel format is perfect for keeping his attention without being too long.

My son listened to this on a road trip and the junior novel format kept him engaged the whole way. The narration really brings Lightning McQueen's story to life during the long drives.

The junior novel retelling keeps the story moving at a good pace for younger listeners, and my daughter was fully engaged from the first chapter. Only wish the audio was a bit longer since she finished it in two sittings, but the narration itself is clear and lively.
