睡眠之歌

The meditation tracks are a lifesaver on nights when my daughter is too wired to settle, and Justin Roberts' voice is gentle enough to calm even me. We've played this card every single night for two weeks straight and it hasn't gotten old once.

My toddler actually falls asleep before the second lullaby finishes most nights, which has never happened with anything else we've tried. The calm-down meditations are short enough to hold her attention but still do the job.

The guided meditations are a lifesaver on nights when my kid’s brain won’t shut off—Justin’s voice is so calm it works on me too. We pop this card in and the whole room just slows down.
